As a family run business our aim is to create comfortable, sustainable and simple homes where communities of all ages and backgrounds can thrive. In 2000, we began refurbishing properties in and around New Malden High Street and from 2010 moved onto properties in the Groves and Coombe areas.
Today, Custodian operates throughout Greater London & South East England with a dedicated and committed senior team to lead the development of multi-use schemes, from concept to delivery. We manage construction, land acquisition, design, development, contracting and marketing to deliver our schemes. The future vision is to optimise buildings and unlock land potential to create beautifully crafted homes.

Chirag Patel is Managing Director at Custodian with over 15 years of experience in freehold and leasehold acquisitions, planning, construction and disposals. He has worked across both residential and commercial sectors delivering schemes from concept to completion. He is responsible for identifying, appraising and negotiating mixed-use development and investment opportunities, with a primary focus on Greater London and South East England.
