Custodian are always searching for land and plots with development potential. From the initial appraisal, we spend time with you, considering the technical aspects of the site and it’s planning potential.
We secure land by way of freehold purchase - typically with a future uplift payable once planning consent has been granted. Our team is well versed in dealing with the complexities of large-scale site assembly, equalisation and tax matters, ensuring you are in safe and experienced hands throughout the process.
An initial meeting is informal and entirely at your own convenience - you will find us straight-talking and always willing to listen.
We pay an initial cash deposit allowing us an option to trade or develop the property once we have secured planning, and in most cases we offer in excess of market value. A full appraisal of your property or land can be completed in 10 days with all associated design, legal and architects’ fees covered by Custodian.
