WELCOME TO OUR EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENT - PRINTWORK’S HOUSE

In the early summer of 2021, Custodian embarked on an exciting journey, acquiring our latest development site—131-135 Love Lane. This prime location presented a canvas of possibilities, and we envisioned a project that would breathe new life into the area. With careful planning and a vision for the future, we set out to reshape the landscape and create something truly remarkable.

The proposal for 131-135 Love Lane was nothing short of transformative. Our plan revolved around the demolition of the existing commercial buildings that once stood on the site. In their place, we envisioned a stunning part 1, part 3 storey building that would house nine self-contained flats. This design not only catered to modern living needs but also harmonized with the surrounding environment.

The history of 131-135 Love Lane added a layer of significance to this project. The site was previously home to a printers' workshop, a bustling hub of creative activity under the B1(c) use class. However, in mid-2020, the printers' workshop ceased production, and the site took on a different chapter of its own.

Our development plans aimed to honor the site's past while embracing its potential for the future. With a blend of architectural innovation and a nod to the area's history, we envisioned a space that would not only accommodate modern lifestyles but also contribute to the neighborhood's character and charm.

As the project took shape, we recognized the importance of community engagement. We sought to create a space that would not only benefit future residents but also contribute positively to the area as a whole. From thoughtful design elements to sustainable features, our goal was to create a development that would be a point of pride for both Custodian and the community.

The acquisition of 131-135 Love Lane marked the beginning of a transformative journey—one that would reshape a piece of the city's landscape and contribute to its ongoing evolution.
