WELCOME to our new refurbishment - seaforth avenue

In the Winter of 2021, Custodian acquired our latest refurbishment project, “Seaforth Avenue”. The proposal was to strip the interior, taking it back to the original brick. Custodians in-house team would then erect a dormer and first floor extension to design and completely modernise the property, breathing a new life into Seaforth Avenue. The property will now consist of four bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living area and entirely fresh decor.
